Japanese businessman Tsunemi Watanabe rests after his ordeal at the hands of his abductors, following his rescue by police on Thursday night. Three Japanese suspects are in custody. Three Japanese men said to have been involved in the abduction were caught, Thai media reported on Saturday. They told police that they suspected he might have been abducted by a group of Japanese associates who were contractors. Thai media reported that the trio were former employees of Mr Watanabe.
